In addition to pipe freezing, hot tapping and line stopping, we provide a pipework welding, prefabrication and on site industrial/commercial pipework installation service.

We specialise in valve replacement and pipework repair services which can be accompanied by pipe freezing works and enables us to provide a ‘one stop shop’ for all pipework requirements.

Therefore when a pipe freeze isolation is required, we can carry out the pipework modifications, installation and/or valve replacement works and testing.

When hot tapping or line stopping works are necessary, we can carry out the associated pipework installation and associated testing.

We have over 30 years experience in all types of pipework installation including welded or screwed steel pipework; brazing, soldering or crimped copper pipework; process stainless steel pipework; plastic fusion welded; gas or water (all sizes).

We have an off-site prefabrication facility to carry out all prefabrication pipework for shipment to site for installation by our team of engineers.

Upon completion of any mechanical pipework installation, repairs or valve changing, our in-house insulation team can complete the project by insulating the pipework/valves to any specification required (i.e. metal clad finish within plant rooms or PIB finish on exposed external area’s) and provide ID labelling where applicable.
