Heating, Plumbing & Gas
Over the past 10 years, we have developed a team of dedicated engineers and plumbers who carry out the supply and installation of heating, plumbing and gas works predominately for (but not limited to) the leisure sector (i.e. pubs, restaurants and hotels).
The works can be small commercial boiler changes to full design and build, heating, plumbing and gas installations for full refurbishment works.
We have and are currently working alongside and directly to ‘end of use’ Clients (i.e. breweries, pub chains and independent developers) offering the complete installation from start to finish. This is inclusive of testing, commissioning and handover.
We have Gas Safe accreditation and certify/register all installations upon completion with Gas Safe.
Charles Wells Brewery
- D’Pary’s Hotel, Bedford – Full design and build, heating, plumbing and gas installation (including commercial kitchen).
- Stoke Newington Tea Rooms, Stoke Newington – Full pub refurbishment, heating, plumbing and gas (including commercial kitchen).
- The Cross Keys. Woolston, Milton Keynes – New boiler, new radiators, new HWS system and pipework throughout. New gas supply to kitchen.
- Oxford Blue Smokehouse - Full Installation
NESCOT, Epsom College
- Supply and installation of heating, plumbing and gas to new commercial kitchen, testing and insulation.
Athenaeum Hotel, Piccadilly
- Installation of 50 x new fan coil units, new pipework, valves, connections, testing and insulation.
- Supply and installation of CWST down services pipework at Roof level (replacement of existing services).
- Supply and installation of new 2” CHW riser through 10 floors of apartments, inclusive of testing and insulation.
- New chilled water pump installation
